Does Drinking Water Really Give You Glowing Skin?







Drinking water can be the main factor in preventing challenging skin conditions such as skin aging!
Water helps to plump the skin and decreases the chance of getting fine lines/wrinkles much sooner. It is important to stay hydrated to keep your body and SKIN healthy!! Many celebrities swear by drinking water and give testimonials to how much drinking water keeps you looking younger much longer. 


Research has shown that drinking 8-9 cups of water a day, helps to build collagen in your skin and helps increase blood flow. Increased blood flow WILL make your skin glow and look supple and healthy. Without WATER your skin looks dull and wrinkles and pores are more prominent in the skin. 

Drinking water is important for everyone and all skin types. It has shown that increasing water intake can help oil production in those who may have more oily skin. Also in turn helping to get rid of acne and acne scarring. Those with a more dry skin type, water is most important. Hydrating your skin INSIDE - out will help your skin feel more moisturized and will get rid of flakey, dry patches.

  1. Making water your first beverage in the morning helps to increase the blood circulation in your body, gets rid of toxins, and helps to give you energy! In fact drinking water FIRST, can give your MORE energy than drinking coffee!!! Start your morning off hydrated.




2. Buying a Tumblr cup/Reusable water bottle (make sure it's BPA free) that fits your style will encourage you to drink more water. Keep it by your side at work or the gym.. even in your car. I refill my Starbucks Tumblr with water several times a day. The water Tumblr/bottle will hold you accountable for your daily water intake. 


  
   3. Adding fruit to your water will give it a nice flavor and can encourage you to drink more water. I enjoy lemon water in the morning to help give me that extra boost of energy and citrus flavor. Try Strawberries too! 




Drinking MORE water will help you to achieve Your Best Skin! Try making water your main beverage. Don't buy anything else to drink besides water... once you start making water your most prominent drink, you will see changes in your skin!
