Today's Skin Tip is going to be a reminder to remove your gym clothes after your workout. Leaving your soiled gym clothes on for long periods of time can cause an irritation to the skin.
The excess moisture can cause skin rashes and abrasions. It is important to remove your wet gym clothes and put on a dry pair of underwear and pants. This way the skin has time to breathe and be free of moisture. I recommend bringing a dry set of clothes with you to the gym and if you can take some time to shower and apply moisturizer.
